Boss ladies if you have not noticed we are in the middle of a global pandemic. I know it can be scary seeing the number of people dying from this deadly disease. However, there are many more people surviving and avoiding the virus. You can decrease your risk as well from contracting the deadly coronavirus. As a registered nurse for the last fifteen years, I want to share with you five simple ways you can lower your chance of catching the “Rona”.  Eat Clean Clean eating is all about being mindful of the origin of your food and ensuring that it is as close to its natural state as possible. It is about consuming tons of fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, beans, fish, seafood, and clean meats. When we fuel our body with whole, unprocessed foods we provide it with the nutrients it needs to function at its best. In turn, we look and feel better. We sleep better, our skin is better, and we have more energy. Start your clean eating with the foods you like and then introduce new food as you go. M

  Have you noticed the shift that’s been happening?
