There are countless distractions throughout the day but staying focused is possible. We all have busy lives and sometimes we look crazy trying to juggle so many task. Multi-tasking is second nature for most women, but it can also become our worse enemy. It can cause you to stretch yourself so thin, making it difficult to notice any progress in your efforts. We can find ourselves working, working, working, but nothing has changed other than your stress level. Yes! As your stress increases, you adapt it as your new normal. Stress becomes your way of life and so do your bad habits of creating distractions.
