Have you heard the saying that the only thing that is constant in life is change? At what age did you grasp what that really meant? How did it make you feel? Better yet, how does change make you feel and how do you respond to it?  Change comes in so many ways from what we do to change things to how things change with or without our help. I'm a planner. I'm the type of planner that gets upset when things don't go as planned. My maturity has been challenged by allowing room for change within a plan. It's hard, not a very easy task but attainable.  Then there is the change we drag our feet about. The change or changes we know we need to make but are scared to make because of the unknown. Because of the fear of change and what comes or doesn't come with it. I bet you can relate to that! I like the serenity prayer that states “God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, Courage to change the things I can, And wisdom to know the difference.” Po
