If you are going to stand out in the sea of other people that do what you do in your marketplace, then having a clear and focused niche is a must. The more focused you are in your business, the easier it is for your ideal client to find you. After all, when you speak to everyone, no one hears what they need from you. Plus as I always tell my clients, “a confused mind does not buy”. As Kamala said during her victory speech, “while I may be the first woman in this o...

A veteran of the entertainment industry, Nicole worked in Talent Management and Casting before shifting her talents to help women entrepreneurs create multiple streams of income from what they already know through her Brilliance Mastery Academy . I’ve been an entrepreneur for 25 + years but it took me 17 years into my journey to learn my greatest lesson, which came in the midst of my BIGGEST mistake!  After 17 years into my business, I had accomplished much more than I expected. I had launched 10 chapters of my youth nonprofit in 10 cities across the country, I had a full coaching client roster serving women to align their purpose with their paycheck, a successful book, and speaking engagements all over the country. Anyone who looked at my business from the outside would have sworn I was successful but one peek at my bank account would have told t...
