What is the Conversation? 
The mission of the Conversation is to connect and highlight Chicago’s young (21-40) movers and shakers; whether entrepreneurship, politics, corporate-America, non-profit, or the arts, these individuals not only participate in the Conversation, but are the Conversation amongst their peers. It is our vision to create a historic event to highlight these 15 individuals coupled with Afro-Cuban hors d'œuvres, a Power Networking Conversation with 300 of Chicago's best and brightest, all culminating with a keynote speech from nationally renowned Lawyer and Community Servant, Fred H. Bates.

6:00–7:30p: Power Networking – Light Hor’s d'oeuvres served till 7p
7:30p–8:10p: the Conversation Awards Presentation/Round-table Discussion
8:10p–8:30p: Key Note Speech by Fredrick H. Bates, Esq.
8:30p–8:40p: Thank You/Acknowledgments
