Do not cast your pearls before swine. Do not give up the advantage you gain by investing in yourself. Do not allow others who talk instead of do, make you feel guilty for not sharing your hard fought spoils with them after you have purchased a book, taken a class, spent money buying and then time setting up your website.
Yes, there are people who deserve your help, assistance and resources. But you will know them by their actions not their words. You will see them making sacrifices to get to the next level and in that you should feel good about sharing your knowledge, loaning your books, or providing some of your precious resources to assist them in their journey.
Do not squander your pearls on people who are jealous, conniving and haughty chatterboxes. They have been talking about what they are going to do for years and still they stand in the same envious place waylaying the reputations of those who have taken the leap of faith that is a right of passage for those who excel in this business outside the box.
Stand up! Be upright and fearless. Say yes to those who deserve to know, and NO to those who have never offered your or anyone else the same grace that they crave.

BOSS & Sage Announce 2024 Invest in Progress Grant Winners

We’re excited to announce the recipients of the 2024 Invest in Progress Grant, a collaborative initiative by Sage and The BOSS Network . This partnership has seen Sage commit funding over three years to empower small businesses with the resources they need to thrive. The selected recipients stand out for their dedication to community, entrepreneurial spirit, and a desire to grow their professional skills.  Each will be awarded a $10,000 grant and gain access to a year-long monthly mentorship program through BOSS Business University. This online platform is designed to provide the tools and knowledge necessary to successfully launch or grow a business.
