How can people effectively implement change in their personal and professional lives? Evidence suggests that the most challenging stage of the change process is getting people to change their behavior and how they view their situations. Below is a checklist for change that can be used to help facilitate change in any situation: ·          Transparency - The important first step is embracing transparency. One has to understand that there is a need for change and that there is a problem. Identifying the problem and being honest and transparent is critical. ·          Communication - Communication is critical. Keeping the lines of communication open with those that the change will impact is important. ·          Self-Survey - Write down critical questions related to the change and answer them honestly. ·          Vision - The survey should have a question explaining what the current vision is, and a question regarding the ideal vision for change. ·          Analyze - Analyze t

Eat a variety of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains every day. Eat a balanced diet to help keep a healthy weight Limit foods and drinks high in calories, sugar, salt, fat, and alcohol. Be active for at least 2½ hours a week. Include activities that raise your breathing and heart rates and that strengthen your muscles. Avoid eating chocolate, thing high in sodium and caffeine especially during your monthly. Wash hands to stop the spread of germs. Avoid smoking and breathing other people’s, or (second hand), smoke. Be ready for emergencies. Gather emergency supplies. Make a plan. Be informed. Get support from family and friends. Take time to relax and rest 7 to 9 hours.
