Michelle E. Hargrove embodies a remarkable power of ingenuity and has become a permanent fixture in the event producing and social arenas.  Her event planning expertise ranges from wedding services to award and gala productions.  Michelle has been an effective component within the Hospitality Management Industry for over one decade.  Described as self-less by industry peers, Michelle’s personal characteristics blossom with noticeable faith and strength.  Her events mirror her personality. 

Most notably known for her dedication to ministry, philanthropy, the community and impressive leadership and organizational skills, Michelle has had the privilege to work on several projects hosted by Bishop TD Jakes, working as an event producer for the renowned MegaFest conferences in 2005 and 2006 respectively. Her versatility and commitment is evident as she has been called upon numerous times by prominent figures throughout the nation to provide her impeccable service of excellence. 
Michelle's tireless work and involvement as a community activist has gained prominent attention with the March of Dimes who has acknowledged her unwavering commitment of community activism and who selected her son as Ambassador for the organization’s New York and New Jersey chapters. 

Michelle currently serves as President of Restoration, Inc. and VC Legacy Foundation, Inc. which are committed to Educate, Empower, and Restore women as dynamic influences in our society.  This powerful woman of faith is the visionary behind Restoration Weekend, an annual luxury weekend retreat designed to empower women from all walks of life for a weekend of rest and restoration and the Taste of Restoration brunch series.  Both events have featured some of the nations most admired women in power such as Nicole Ari Parker, actress/philanthropist, Toya Beasley, radio personality, Shon Gables, television personality, Melinda Williams, actress, Stacey Hawkins Adams, author, and Dr. Susan Taylor, dermatologist/author to name a few.

Michelle is dedicated to producing flawless events through her vivid imagination, creativity and her commitment to her community that will uplift and inspire visually, emotionally and spiritually.

Michelle currently resides in New Jersey with her husband and two sons.

BOSS & Sage Announce 2024 Invest in Progress Grant Winners

We’re excited to announce the recipients of the 2024 Invest in Progress Grant, a collaborative initiative by Sage and The BOSS Network . This partnership has seen Sage commit funding over three years to empower small businesses with the resources they need to thrive. The selected recipients stand out for their dedication to community, entrepreneurial spirit, and a desire to grow their professional skills.  Each will be awarded a $10,000 grant and gain access to a year-long monthly mentorship program through BOSS Business University. This online platform is designed to provide the tools and knowledge necessary to successfully launch or grow a business. The partnership, in its third year, received almost 12,000 applicants nationwide.
