Suzanne Peters is a Women's Empowerment Coach, Motivational Speaker, Author, and Entrepreneur. She’s the CEO and Founder of Woman To Woman International Network Inc. (WWIN) and creator of the Woman To Woman App. A women’s empowerment app is available in the app store and Google play.


What were some obstacles that you faced in the beginning process of starting your business or career? My previous business failed miserably, leaving behind only debt. This left me torn both mentally and emotionally about my ability to build a successful business. It took a long time for me to convince myself that it was possible for me.

What inspired you to break into your industry? I started my self-help journey three years ago and that’s when I learned about the Law of Attraction. It was as though something in me came alive and I with that I challenged myself to do what I once thought was impossible.  I decided that I would use it to create the life I wanted. And I made a promise to myself that once I succeeded, I would share my knowledge and experience with the world


How do you balance your personal and professional life, or have you been able to find a balance? Balance to me is proper time management, along with setting boundaries and taking time for yourself. Which in turn keeps my family, my clients, and me happy.

What is an inspirational quote that you live by? Two words, “It’s Possible”. These two words remind me that my dreams and goals are all possible. They help me see what would otherwise be invisible.

Who is one influential person and/or mentor that has helped or encouraged you along the way? Believe it or not, my husband has been both my mentor and accountability partner since I started my business. And I have to admit, he’s good at what he does. He sets me straight and holds me accountable as no one else can.

What are your "must-haves" to keep your career or business going strong? My must-haves are “me time”, my things-to-do list, and food.

What is your definition of a BOSS? A BOSS is someone who not only has a vision but is committed to bringing it to life. All while being an anchor for others every step of the way.

BOSS & Sage Announce 2024 Invest in Progress Grant Winners

We’re excited to announce the recipients of the 2024 Invest in Progress Grant, a collaborative initiative by Sage and The BOSS Network . This partnership has seen Sage commit funding over three years to empower small businesses with the resources they need to thrive. The selected recipients stand out for their dedication to community, entrepreneurial spirit, and a desire to grow their professional skills.  Each will be awarded a $10,000 grant and gain access to a year-long monthly mentorship program through BOSS Business University. This online platform is designed to provide the tools and knowledge necessary to successfully launch or grow a business. The partnership, in its third year, received almost 12,000 applicants nationwide.
