Lovette Ajayi is a social media and web strategist. Her background is in marketing, communications, and new media, specifically relating to nonprofits. She’s presented at several conferences on these topics, including the Nonprofit Technology Conference, Chicago Social Media Summit, NeighborWorks Symposium, Tutor-Mentor Conference, BlogHer, Blogging While Brown, and Blogalicious.


She’s also passionate about social justice, an admitted social media addict, a blogaholic, and a lover of shoes. She combined all of these loves and co-founded The Red Pump Project <http://www.redpump.org/> with Karyn Watkins. Their work has earned them a Congressional Record from the U.S. House of Representatives as well as recognition from the City of Chicago Council.


Lovette serves on the Board of Directors of the Chicago Women’s AIDS Project, Blogger Advisory Board of the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatrics AIDS Foundation, and is the technology chair for the Chicago chapter of the New Leader’s Council.

    It's the new age and women going with the flow and are updated when it comes to improvements specially in technology and innovation. Famous women in business are growing everyday.

BOSS & Sage Announce 2024 Invest in Progress Grant Winners

We’re excited to announce the recipients of the 2024 Invest in Progress Grant, a collaborative initiative by Sage and The BOSS Network . This partnership has seen Sage commit funding over three years to empower small businesses with the resources they need to thrive. The selected recipients stand out for their dedication to community, entrepreneurial spirit, and a desire to grow their professional skills.  Each will be awarded a $10,000 grant and gain access to a year-long monthly mentorship program through BOSS Business University. This online platform is designed to provide the tools and knowledge necessary to successfully launch or grow a business. The partnership, in its third year, received almost 12,000 applicants nationwide.
